In 1982 his son Jeff entered into the real estate business and in, 1984 he received his auctioneers license. In 1997 Jeff received his CAGA designation member of the Certified Appraisers Guild Of America, and became a member of the Ohio and National Auctioneers Association. Since their first sale of real estate at public auction, Lentz Realty & Auction has believed that the auction method of selling at public auction should be your 1st choice to market all types of real estate. Since 1984 when our company had entered the Auction business, Lentz Realty & Auction Service has continued to build a proven track record when selling Real Estate & personal property at Public Auction! Specializing in selling real estate at public auction including
farms, Harry was very proud of the way the family business had grown - as a result - Lentz Realty & Auction Service had become the leading auction company in the area. Harry's next goal was to see this web site developed. Unfortunately due to medical complications Harry passed away on June5, 2002.
